Effective immediately, please invite your Energy Ops team representatives to
all future meetings with the Commercial teams.

Gas- Brent Price
Power- Kristin Albrecht
Emerging Ops- Scott Pleus
IR/FX/Equity- Sheila Glover
Paper- Jeff Harbert

In addition to communicating the purpose of the meeting, please deliver via
e-mail the information to be reviewed prior to the meeting. This will enable
the Energy Ops representative to raise any concerns/issues he/she might have
prior to meeting with the commercial leads, and give us an opportunity to
address these in advance. Thanks.
