NNG-Nov 2001 Production month Reservation and Commodity closes

In a joint effort between NNG Marketing and Gas Logistics, attached are monthly invoicing calendars from December 2001 to June 2002. Each month details when reservation and commodity preliminary invoices are available and the dates when invoices are mailed to the customers.

The following information summarizes critical days for November 2001 Production Month Reservation and Commodity invoice mailings:

November 2001 Prod Month RESERVATION:

Market Services will be mailing out 11/2001 RESERVATION invoices on Monday, December 3. Please make any rate changes in CMS before 5 PM, Wednesday, Nov 28.

If you make any rate changes to a contract in CMS on Thursday or Friday, Nov 29 or 30, PLEASE CALL the Market Service representative responsible for that contract ASAP before 4pm, so they can repath the contract in the accounting system before invoices are mailed out.

November 2001 Prod Month COMMODITY:

Market Services will be mailing out 11/2001 Commodity invoices on Wednesday, Dec 12. Please make any rate changes in CMS before 5 pm, Monday, Dec 10.

If you make any rate changes to a contract in CMS on Tuesday, Dec 11, PLEASE CALL the Market Service representative responsible for that contract ASAP before 4pm that day, so they can repath the contract in the accounting system.
