October 2001 Production Reservation and Commodity mailouts

In a joint effort between NNG Marketing and Gas Logistics, attached are monthly invoicing calendars from
November 2001 to June 2002. Each month details when reservation and commodity preliminary invoices are available and the dates when invoices are mailed to the customers.

The following information summarizes critical days for October 2001 Production Month Reservation and Commodity invoice mailings:

October 2001 Prod Month RESERVATION:

Market Services will be mailing out 10/2001 RESERVATION invoices on Thursday, Nov 1. Please make any rate changes in CMS before 5 PM, Monday, Oct 29.

If you make any rate changes to a contract in CMS on Tuesday or Wednesday, Oct 30 or 31, PLEASE CALL the Market Service representative responsible for that contract ASAP before 4pm, so they can repath the contract in the accounting system before invoices are mailed out.

October 2001 Prod Month COMMODITY:

Market Services will be mailing out 10/2001 Commodity invoices on Monday, Nov 12. Please make any rate changes in CMS before 5 pm, Thursday, Nov 8.

If you make any rate changes to a contract in CMS on Friday, Nov 9, PLEASE CALL the Market Service representative responsible for that contract ASAP before 4pm that day, so they can repath the contract in the accounting system.
