Please accept our sincere appreciation for taking time to participate in the 2001 Winter Operations Meeting in Kansas City. You were part of a record-setting attendance for one of our annual operations meetings. Also, a reminder that the speaker presentations from the meeting are located at our website, www.nng.enron.com. As Dr. Douglas usually presents his material via overhead transparencies this information is not available on the website. Attached is the list of attendees for the 2001 Winter Operations Meeting. The overall goal of the meeting is to provide you with an update on major changes in the operations and processes of our systems prior to the heating season.
