The New York ISO will hold a Deficiency Auction for the Summer Capability
Period
(May 2001 - October 2001) on April 26, 2001. The Deficiency Auction will be
held for the following areas: ROS, NYC, LI. Offers will be accepted between
the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm est.
