Dear Market Participants,

Please note an upgrade to the NYISO internet connection is
scheduled for Wednesday 12/13/2000 at 7PM to 8PM (1900 - 2000).

This upgrade is not likely to cause any interruption to your
access to OASIS/MIS/CSS systems. However, we want you to be
aware of this event in case you want to avoid exposure to any
possible interruption of service.
