Dear Members of the Tie List Server,

A joint meeting of the Market Structure and Scheduling & Pricing Working
Groups will be held on Thursday, October 4th from 9:30 - 4:00 at the
Desmond Hotel, 660 Albany Shaker Road, Albany, NY.
The major topic of this meeting is to discuss short and long term options
for BME & SCD pricing issues.
There will likely be additional agenda items for this meeting and a
complete agenda will be posted prior to the meeting.
