Dear Scheduling and Pricing Working Group Members,

The meeting of the Scheduling and Pricing Working Group that was previously
scheduled for August 13, 2001 was rescheduled to Monday, August 20, 2001
from 9:30 - 3:00 at the NYISO office, 290 Washington Avenue Extension,
Albany, NY.

This meeting is being rescheduled so that BIC participants may attend the
MC Budget, Standards and Performance Sub-Committee special meeting on
Virtual Bidding Credit Policy.
