2001 Real-Time Market as well as the following hours per ECA20010608B to
verify prices:

HQ: 0:00-6:00, 8:00, 21:00-23:00
NE: 0:00-6:00, 8:00, 21:00-23:00
OH: 0:00-6:00, 8:00, 21:00-23:00
PJM: 0:00-6:00, 8:00, 21:00-23:00

Prices are correct in the August 12, 2001 Day-Ahead Market.
