The NYISO is reserving hours beginning 01:00, 04:00, 05:00, and 18:00 in
the July 16,2001 Real-Time market as well as the following hours per
ECA20010608B to verify prices:

HQ: 01:00 - 04:00, 23:00
NE: 01:00 - 04:00, 23:00
OH: 01:00 - 04:00, 23:00
PJM: 01:00 - 04:00, 23:00

Prices in the July 17, 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
