The NYISO is reserving hour beginning 14:00 in the July 22, 2001 Real-Time
market as well as the following hours per ECA20010608B to verify prices:

HQ: 06:00, 07:00, 13:00, 22:00, and 23:00
OH: 06:00, 07:00, 13:00, 22:00, and 23:00
NE: 06:00, 07:00, 13:00, 22:00, and 23:00
PJM: 06:00, 07:00, 13:00, 22:00, and 23:00

In addition, the NYISO is reserving hours beginning 00:00 - 23:00 in the
July 23, 2001 Day-Ahead Market.
