The NYISO is reserving hours beginning 00:00, 01:00, 13:00, 14:00, and
16:00 in the July 23, 2001 Real-Time market as well as the following hours
per ECA20010608B to verify prices:

HQ: 05:00, 08:00, and 11:00 - 20:00
OH: 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, 13:00, and 19:00
NE: 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, and 19:00
PJM: 05:00, 08:00, 11:00, and 19:00

In addition, the NYISO is reserving hours beginning 00:00 - 23:00 in the
July 24, 2001 Day-Ahead Market.
