I will be on jury duty that day and will be unable to cover the meeting. The EMC is the most active (and activist) committee in PJM where most issues and changes to market rules and the tariff are proposed and debated (an agenda has yet to be issued). I would suggest that we provide coverage of this meeting either in person or conference call.
