< following ICAPWG meetings for January and February 2001:

< Thursday, February 8, 2001
< Thursday, February 22, 2001

< All meetings are 9:30am to 4pm in Albany. Locations and dial-in numbers
< will be announced prior to each meeting.

< At the January 11 meeting, we will discuss and finalize the draft Stage 1A
< ICAP Manual, which will be circulated by December 22, 2000 and begin
< discussions on the draft Stage II ICAP Manual. Agendas for the subsequent
< meetings will be announced in January.
