JAKARTA, Aug. 13, 2001 (Asia Pulse) - The country's installed production capacity for pulp and paper increased by around 1 million tons each a year on the average over the past several years, the pulp and paper association (APKI) said.
This year the country has an annual production capacity of 6.29 million tons of pulp up from 5.23 million tons last year, APKI said.
The country's paper industry has an annual capacity of 10.24 million tons this year up from 9.12 million tons last year, the association added.
