The main belief is that prices have yet to reach the bottom, and it seems that this is going to happen in Aug-September.

I guess given this week's index results versus the prior week's we can conclude that the pricing signals from the market are still mixed.

FOEX published its index today

NBSK 469.23 down $8.04 or 1.68% from last week.
BHKP came at 402.09 down $6.41 or 1.57% from last week

The average prices for the month of July were: NBSK $483 and NBHK $410 compared to last month's average of $521(NBSK) and $453(NBHK).
