Stefan Lessard Joins Gov't Mule on Stage at New York's Roseland

Stefan Lessard joined seven great bass players at New York's Roseland
Thursday night, October 18th, for Gov't Mule's hometown show celebrating
the upcoming release of 'The Deep End Volume 1'. Stefan played
'Beautifully Broken' which he recorded with Gov't Mule for the record,
an outstanding ten minute instrumental version of Bob Marley's
'Lively Up Yourself' and Neil Young's 'Cortez the Killer'. The Deep
End Volume 1 is being released on Dave Matthews' ATO Records and
features a different bass player on each track as well as many other
amazing guest musicians.

Dave Matthews Band has made it on the preliminary lists in several different
categories of the 2001 My VH1 Music Awards. On November 2 the five finalists
