Errata To the Rate Design Testimony of Enron Energy Services Inc.

Attached is the Errata to the "Prepared Direct Testimony of Harry J.
Kingerski on Behalf of Enron Energy Services Inc." This errata (to which
the changes from the original version are highlighted) will be the version
offered into evidence when Mr. Kingerski testifies tomorrow (April 20,
2001).

Additional copies of the testimony will be available in the hearing room.
