FW: Resumes of Mystery Witnesses

Attached are the resumes of the three witnesses that the commission intends
to call next week (Tuesday) to testify on the rate design proposals put in
by all the parties. The idea is that these witnesses will not submit any
thing in writing. They will just testify on the stand and then be subject
to cross examination.
