This is to inform the parties that the Commission Trial Staff has determined
that it will not file testimony today on the affiliate abuse issue (Phase 2)
in the El Paso complaint proceeding.? However, Trial Staff does intend to
address the issues in Phase 2 at the hearing?through cross-examination?and
in the briefs to be filed in this?proceeding.
