Talked with Harry about make-up of 3 cents. The 3 cents addresses recovery
of DWR costs. Ostensibly this would include past DWR costs. Past utility costs are not addressed by the 3 cents. Consequently, we need to either take it out of our numbers or add it in to Loretta's numbers. Robert
