Bradford's a former career--PUC Commissioner (I think he's now with
Moskovitz' RAP group). Severin Borenstein's the UC Berkeley professor who's been vocal on wholesale market power and the need for real-time pricing to encourage conservation. Don't know the other consultant fellow.
