Attached are two Petitions to Modify to get the RTP tariff submitted to th=
e=20 CPUC by the CEC yesterday.? One is for the Rate Stabilization Proceeding= ,=20 which is where RTP was originally raised.? The second is for the=20 interruptible rate proceeding, where OBMC resides AND where there is=20 currently a place holder on next Thursday's?business agenda. ? The CEC is asking for SVMG support in light of the changes made to our= =20 request, especially since the CEC included: ? -- the conservation incentive (which the utilities will probably fight) ? -- temperature sensitivity as a basis for non-standard CBL ? -- high reliability option (to which the utilities are opposed) ?
