IEP will be releasing "Powerful Ideas" to the media during a press briefing
Wednesday, May 2 at 10:00am PST at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento. ?A video
tape of the briefing will be made available if you are interested -- just let
Katie or me know and we will forward you a copy.

California State legislature, the California ?????
???????????Congressional delegation, and other key energy policy makers.

In addition to Powerful Ideas, IEP will be distributing the attached
