This is the last version of 27 that was floated around. AT the time -- a couple of months ago -- Aaron had been the point person to "keep talking" to Bowen and had discussed these changes with her office. At this point, Norm Plotkin will be point for ARM and will coordinate all the members and their lobbyists.
