I listened till my battery ran out. What a mess. I am sympathetic about being fair, what is a renewal, what is an option held by the purchaser which should not be tampered with. It's a lot easier to go from regulated to unregulated, the converse is unmanageable.

Pursuant to the Administrative Law Judge's Ruling Setting Prehearing
Conference, dated October 11, 2001, SCE, PG&E and SDG&E have scheduled a
conference call to meet and confer with parties in the above proceeding in
attempt to clarify and settle issues relating to the subjects set forth in
the ALJ Ruling.
