Has the CPUC put forward and timetable to act? I would assume that this
Commission would be ready to cut off DA as soon as possible.

in AB1x?

expected date (50/50)
early date (25/75)
late date (75/25)

EES is using this informed opinion to value risk exposure to new deals in San
Diego being rescinded.
