========== Internet Access Case to be Argued in Fall Next fall, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear an appeal by the National Cable Television Association and the Federal Communications Commission of the FCC v. Gulf Power Co. decision, pertaining to price regulation of Internet access via traditional cable lines.
