Unless there's an issue, I'll call Fielder first thing this morning.
I'm not seeing any upside to us rattling any sabers regarding bankruptcy, however. We'd likely take a very significant reputational and political hit by taking them in---or suggesting that we would take them in, for that matter. Reliant and Mirant have been rattling theirs for a very long time---with no concrete action to back them up. They would of course love to have Enron "lead the charge." Today Richard Sanders reported that Reliant, Mirant and others were soliciting Enron's participation in an involuntary filing (to be filed possibly as soon as tomorrow).
