Guys, as a follow up to our meeting - the deliverables include:

a) producer team - Jones/Polzin - one live deal/prospect from the producer
sector for the insurance product in third quarter;
b) power team - Duran/Overdyke - one live deal/prospect from the IPP sector
for the insurance product in the third quarter.
