2 lawsuits were filed in Harris County, Texas on Thursday, October 18th, against Enron Corp. and the Board of Directors relating to the issues discussed in the Wall Street Journal over the past several days.

This issue will be discussed at the Enron Corp. Board of Directors meeting scheduled for today, Friday, October 19th at 11:00 a.m. (C.D.T.)
