A special meeting of the Enron Corp. Board of Directors will be held via teleconference on Friday, October 19th, at 11:00 a.m. (C.D.T). The purpose of the meeting is to present and discuss escalating matters and Enron's action plans related to the subject of recent Wall Street Journal articles.
