Megan,

I have made these adjustments. HOwever, I would like for you to double check
August. We knew that Pan Energy would be over delivering at Cotten Valley
for 8/9/00 through the end of the month. So I changed the pricing on the
deal to the GD-.10 settlement price for that time period.
