Attached is the analysis done by Robert on the proposed EOTT capital restructuring. Robert will be rerunning the analysis using the tax basis as of 12/31/00 (currently it is the 3/30/01 estimate), as the book basis numbers are as of 12/31/00. I will forward it to you once it has been completed.
