Take 45 to Galveston.

You want to exit right onto FM2351. It's the next exit after Ellington AFBt.

You will turn left at the second red light onto Hope Village. Clear Brook
High
School will be on your right after you make the turn.

You will come to a Neighborhood right after the High School. Take your first
right into the neighborhood.

Next take the second left which is Constitution. They are a few block down on
the right. 15710 Constitution in Heritage Park II.
