Benefits Open Enrollment

Benefits enrollment for 2001 begins on October 9, 2000 and will close on
October 22, 2000.

If you do not have any changes to your benefits, you do not need to do
anything and you will automatically be re-enrolled in your current coverage.

OR

If you have changes that you need to make, you can do so by calling Benefits
on Call at 1-800-425-5864 or by enrolling via The Enrollment System at
www.Enron.BenefitsNow.com.

Details of open enrollment will be sent to your home address. If you have
