Smurfit Deal 246859.1 NOT 403522.1 is being reduced by 5 mw's for hour 23 and
24. PGE deal 522806 will still be long by 5 mw's for the 16th. Enpower has
been updated.
Please sell of 5 mw's for hours 23 and 24.
