To members of the RTO West Stage 2 RRG and interested parties:

The upcoming conference between representatives of FERC and various western
states was discussed briefly at the March 23 RRG meeting.

Attached for your information is the notice FERC issued on Friday, March 23
with respect to that conference. The conference will still be in Boise,
Idaho but it has been moved to April 10.
