The case description from our tracking service reads as follows: Plaintiff seeks a declaration that defendant lacks the legal right to hold the $177 million in funds remitted to the ISO by PG&E in response to invoices transmitted to PG&E by plaintiff in connection with obligations incurred in December 2000 by PG&E in the ISO's markets.
