Revised Agenda

Attached please find a "revised" agenda for the meeting on Friday, March 9,
2001:

Also, for those of you going to the direct reports meeting today, there will
be sandwiches in the Confederate Room for lunch at 12:00 noon. The drinks
will be located on the tables just outside of the meeting room.

Directions to Confederate Room: This room is located upstairs. From the
main entrance of The Woodlands Resort, go up the stairs, turn left, go past
the business center and it is the first room on the left. The room is marked
"Confederate Room" and also marked "Enron Energy Services".
