SBX 5 (Sher) - Which appropriates $1.03 billion to various state
agencies in order to reduce peak electricity demand, to enhance low-income energy assistance programs, and to encourage energy efficiency passed out of the Senate this afternoon. The bill had previously been stalled due to Republican concerns.
