I thought it best to just focus on the Financial Planning aspect while the
other areas are still being discussed. Caroline will be the Director of Financial Functional Support for ETS Market Services and Information Technology. In this new role Caroline will be responsible for financial planning (Capital and O&M budgets, and project financing) for these areas. Due to the nature of this new position, Caroline will also have reporting responsibilites to Julia White and Steve Hotte. I'd like to thank Caroline for her efforts in the IT Program Office and wish her well in this new, challenging position. We look forward to working closely with Caroline in her new role.
