We have received an executed Second Amendment to Guaranty from Noble Affiliates, Inc., which decreases the amount of the guarantee. (Such Guaranty guarantees the obligations of Noble Gas Marketing, Inc. under both physical and financial transactions with Enron North America Corp.)
