This week's Worry List of items which could adversely impact commencement of
construction include the following:

1. Submerged Lands Permit
2. DEP Permit
3. Babcock appeal of the DEP Permit
4. DCA Clearance
5. Turbidity Exception
6. Punta Gorda Approval
7. Corps. of Engineers
8. ROW Acquisition

On Monday at our conference call we will need to discuss each of these items,
strategy for timely resolution, and the person directly responsible for
driving the resolution of these items.
