Attached is the schedule for the equity analyst meetings on February 24. We
have reserved rooms for the night of February 23 and have made all
transportation arrangements in New York and St. Louis.

Plan to meet at the Enron hangar on Wednesday, February 23rd for a 5:30 PM
departure.
