McGee and Soldano have confirmed a meeting with Zaman in Albuquerque on
Monday evening April 17th.

Transwestern has engaged the firm of Holland & Hart to provide an opinion
with regard to administrative action with DOI and any eminent domain
proceedings under the Natural Gas Act Transwestern may be required to
undertake. An individual by the name of Tom Sansonetti will be leading the
review. He joined Holland & Hart's Cheyenne office in 1993, after serving as
Solicitor of the Department of the Interior from 1990-1993.
