NYMEX: Crude to open lower, continued product weakness
NYMEX March crude oil is called to open 20 cts lower at $19.58/bbl Thursday.
March Brent is called to open 20 cts lower at $19.07/bbl. March heating oil is
called to open 39 pts lower at 52.40 cts/gal and March unleaded gasoline is
called to open 20 pts lower at 56.90 cts/gal.

IPE Brent Focus: IPE Brent crude tests $19/bbl in early trading Thursday
IPE Brent futures slipped closer towards the psychological $19/bbl support level
in open outcry dealing Thursday. March Brent began ETS out-of-hours business at
$19.25/bbl, the high of the day so far, but slowly ticked lower and started open
outcry at 1002 GMT trading at $19.10/bbl, 21 cts off from Wednesday's
settlement.

World oil prices face another volatile year: Shell
World oil prices will continue to be volatile this year as OPEC faces weak
demand for oil and loses more market ground to non-OPEC producers, Shell's group
managing director Paul Skinner said Thursday.

Gas pipeline delays add to Thai, Malay fuel import costs
Malaysia and Thailand are incurring more fuel import costs than expected due to
a 20-month delay in the construction of the 350-km Thai-Malaysian natural gas

US plastics converters get squeezed, mergers loom
