Assignment to LODISCO

Dan,
Attached is a draft of the assignemnt from ENA to LODISCO--please take a look
at the exhibit and confirm for me that the contracts listed are all the
contracts which should go --Note that I have taken off the Empire contract as
you requested as well as one of the Southern Union agreements.I have also
added the additional TXU fuel agreement and Entex Gas Resources agreementas
you requested. If you could please get me the new Global number for the Entex
Gas Resources contract this assignment should be in good shape--let me know
