The Weather desk just completed a deal with CTG Resources, Inc, (the holding
company for Connecticut Natural Gas). This will need to be confirmed under a Deemed ISDA. For this one trade, we do not need to include credit provisions; however, we will need to send them a draft ISDA (as the desk intends to continue transacting with this entity). I will prepare a credit worksheet for use in preparing the draft (probably beginning of next week before I get to it). Please call me if you have any questions. Thanks!
