The beautiful yellow plants that decorated the lobby last week are on sale Monday, June 19th in the lobby from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. These tropical plants are perfect for the porch or patio and at $5 each they are a bargain. Enron is collecting items for the Ninth Annual "Caring Cradles" Community Wide Baby Shower benefiting the March of Dimes. Donations collected will be given to designated, benefiting clinics and prenatal health agencies to encourage women to get prenatal care and well baby care. We are collecting diapers, formula, baby food, baby wipes, receiving blankets, baby bath supplies, baby medical supplies, new or gently used baby cloths or baby furniture. Enron's Corporate Administrative Services Group will be hosting an All Employee Surplus Furniture Silent Auction on Saturday, June 24th, from 8:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m. at the Enron warehouse located at 3405 Navigation Blvd. Employees and contractors are invited to bid on an array of office furniture, lamps, and sofas. You must present your Enron badge to enter the warehouse. All items must be purchased with a check made payable to Enron Corp. and removed from the warehouse by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Proceeds will be donated to charity projects supported by Enron.
